Tarea técnica

I need write EA which load csv file which content prices where is expected support/resistance level.

When market price overstep price from csv file, EA open trade some pips above/under csv file price.

Example: at symbol EURUSD market price overstep  1.16500 where is expected resistance. EA open trade pending order sellstop 1.1647 (3 pips will be external input).

Trade will be closed based on smart trailling stoploss or take profit which is defined  as SR level based on time frame M5.

EA must know trade on symbols: EURUSD, GBPUSD,USDJPY,USDCAD,AUDUSD,EURJPY,EURGBP,XAUUSD.

Name of csv file will be external input.
