Looking for experience MT5 develop to build an EA based on 3 strategy.

I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a MT5 EA that combines the following three strategies into a single system:

Strategy 1 – H1 Zone Rejection (Pullback Entry)

• Identify the high and low of the H1 timeframe
• Enter trades when price reaches the H1 high/low zones
• Confirm entry using a bullish/bearish candle on the M15 timeframe
• Target a 1:2 risk-reward ratio

Strategy 2 – Breakout & Retest

• Identify the H1 high and low levels
• Wait for a breakout above/below the range
• Enter on the retest, following the trend direction

Strategy 3 – Flag Pattern (Ranging Market)

• Detect ranging market conditions
• Identify flag patterns
• Wait for a breakout from the flag structure
• Enter trades in the direction of the breakout trend

The goal is to integrate all three strategies into one EA with proper logic to determine which strategy to apply based on market conditions.

This is the idea i have, i need a developer to tell me how can i make this happen and have it designed into an EA. I need you to tell me how do i able to get this idea into functional EA.
