Tarea técnica

Hi everyone, I'm quite new on MT5 and would like to create an EA form a strategy I got. Every details can be found in the atacched document (you will need to translate, though it is in italian language). 


It is a simple strategy which use 2 indicators at the same time plus another condition. TP and SL move as the price goes on the wanted direction. The position will be partially closed on the way. Everything very specific and precisely definied.
