AresV1 - Expert advisor needed

Hello, i need the developement of an expert Advisor:

Entires: based on 2/3 indicators easily implementable (rsi, donchian, heiken ashi and supertrend) plus a breakout strategy (to be verified whether this is possible or not)

Exits: see below

position sizing : see below

Stops: based on donchian channel, atr and supertrend. (atr and donchian based on different timeframes)

money management: the most difficult part. A multilot approach on the same order . open max 4 positions.

Another feature i request is that it should adapt in the sense that if i open 1 position manually or connection breaks i want the ea to be able to detect the previous orders (whether it to be the first, second or third one of the "family").

So: if i open 1 pos manually only the mm part should be in charge. But if it opens 2 lots and connection breaks on reconnection it has to be able to resume from where it disconnected.
