I would like an indicator created that will create notifications when price is above or below a user drawn trendline. All the same options as in the Alerts tab in the Terminal of MT4, except using a trendline instead of a fixed value for the alert. Everything should work identically, with a few exceptions. Please notice the condition: box on the Alert Editor. Bid> and Bid<, Ask> and Ask<, also the Timeout: duration, all the options in the Alert Editor.
Exception 1: TrendLine instead of fixed price.
Exception 2: Option (Default) = current candle close before alert is created, options are Enable/Disable. User inputs a value for number of consecutive ticks meeting the alert criteria before an alert is created once the previous condition is met (candle close).
Option for all alerts to exist post candle close or previous to candle close.
All options for the Alert are required. Including Create, Modify, Delete, Enable On/Off.
· User creates or attaches TrendLine Alert to any chart
o Subsequent Trend Lines are monitored
o Previous Trend Lines are not monitored
o User selects all options that are available in the example of Alert Editor.
· Any slope of the trendline is allowed. Positive slope, Negative slope, or no slope
· Include all Actions, Sound, File, Mail, Notification as in the Alert Editor, Allow any combination of the Actions.
· The action notifications shall be initiated only after x number of consecutive ticks. (this option is not part of the Alerts Tab in MT4)
· Indicator remains active across all timeframes, and allows user to change timeframes without user resetting indicator Any options that are available in the Alert Editor that cannot be provided in the Trendline Alert the programmer will clearly identified and provide options before entering the agreement.
