Stoploss en trialingstop EA

I need someone to make an EA for me.

 Some brokers have a minimal SL of 10 pips and a trailingstop of 10 pips. I need someone to make a invisible stoploss and trailingstop for me.

the default should be: Stoploss 2 pips and trailingstop of 1 pip.

 For example if i do I buy trade and the price goes 2 pips down, then the trade HAS TO CLOSE in loss. if the trade moves 10 pips the trailingstop HAS TO BE 1 PIP BELOW THE PRICE. 

Who can do this for me?
