Add Calendar Event trade Controls

Require additional functionality which allows for

- Pause trade X Hours before news event | Pause Trade for X hours after news event

- Displays upcomming events on char. I should be able to indicate number of days ahead event should be displayed for e.g. if I select  7days you'll show me events (With different colours for High, Med, Low) comming up in 7 days.

- Determine which news events the above 2 functionality should apply for i.e. Med, High or Low (Single field should suffice here per event type)

e.g. Low (Enable/Disable) | Med (Enable/Disable) | High (Enable/Disable). 

Note;

- Should not affect closing trades. Trades should close regardless of news events

- Only applies to all currency pairs associated with current chart i.e. for GBPCAD it'll be all GBP & CAD related events

Example;

- If I have Med & High enabled. (2) in X hours before and (8) in x hours after. The result would be - No trades 2 hours before and 8 hours after high and med level calendar events. You'll also only display information on the chart for these  Med & High priority events.
