Tarea técnica

I am looking for a professional programmer preferably with AI programming knowledge. The EA to be programmed is a very simple strategy that I am able to do manually just seeing the graph with a simple indicator based on market structure. I don’t really now how to explain the requirements since is based on my graph interpretation and analysis but is always the same. Therefore the guy that I need is someone who know about market and programming at the same time. The requirements I can provide will be a video or pocs showing the strategy and the programer has to be able to interpret the strategy and create and EA based on it. Please apply only if you are able to do something like this. I will send a document during the week explaining the strategy.
