Tarea técnica

I need a professional MQL5 developer with strong experience in AI and machine learning to build a fully autonomous trading algorithm.

The goal:
- Create a self-learning Expert Advisor that trades Forex pairs, Gold (XAUUSD), and Bitcoin (BTCUSD)
- Strategy: Scalping on M5 timeframe
- The EA must use machine learning or reinforcement learning to adapt to market conditions
- Automatically updates its parameters and model every 30–60 minutes
- Integrate technical indicators (EMA, RSI, MACD, ADX, ATR, CCI, Momentum, Stochastic)
- Target: 20–30% monthly profit with stable drawdown control
- Work locally (no cloud dependency)

Deliverables:
- Full source code (.mq5)
- Documented and modular code
- Backtest and optimization results

Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MQL5
- Machine Learning (Python/C++ integration optional)
- Reinforcement Learning or Neural Network experience
- Strong understanding of financial markets and scalping logic
