Tarea técnica

I would like to have an Expert Advisor created with the following parameters. This Expert Advisor should analyze the higher time frame and the medium time frame, and based on that, open positions on the lower time frame. For this reason, I would like to work with developers who have experience in multi-timeframe analysis.

I have a PDF file that explains the entire trading logic. In addition, I have compressed the visuals into a RAR file so they can be examined more effectively. Apart from this, I can also share the source code of another project written in MQL4 that is very similar to this one. This project, coded in MQL4, will make your job considerably easier and will clarify more precisely what I want.
