Tarea técnica

I need a custom MetaTrader 5 (MT5) indicator that creates a live dashboard displaying Buy/Sell signals based on the following rules:

✅ Buy Signal (Blue Color)
- EMA(5) crosses above EMA(21)
- RSI(14) is greater than 50
- Candle closes above recent resistance (fractals or swing high)
- ATR(14) is greater than 0.5

✅ Sell Signal (Black Color)
- EMA(5) crosses below EMA(21)
- RSI(14) is less than 50
- Candle closes below recent support (fractals or swing low)
- ATR(14) is greater than 0.5

✅ No Trade (Red Color)
- Any condition not met.

📊 Dashboard Columns:
Symbol | Timeframe | Buy Signal | Sell Signal | RSI | ATR | Trend Zone (Above/Below EMA)

🖥 Additional Features:
- Dashboard runs on a single chart and scans XAUUSD, XAGUSD (more symbols optional).
- Signal cells should be color-coded: Blue = Buy, Black = Sell, Red = No trade.
- Include alert when full Buy/Sell conditions are met.
- Deliver both .mq5 and .ex5 files.
