Tarea técnica

I need modifications on two utilities.

1. MT5: I have an indicator/controller that disables the autotrading button when certain values are met. Image of setting input is attached. I want to add RSI to this.

2. MT4: Changes to a news filter


1. I want two changes for the Controller:
 - I need to be able to see in the indicator window or chart when and why trading was disabled, which indicator(s) caused it?
Why: which indicator(s) caused to disable auto trading button
When: what time disabled  -  what time enabled

 - Add classic RSI. It needs to be able to disable auto trading button when values are met (as the other indicators do)

2. MT4: Changes to a news filter

 - Lines on chart when the news events are, both future and past. He lines should contain info of when there are news events, which impact (low/medium/high) and name of the event.
 - I need the news filter to be able to read if there are open trades in the terminal and do not disable autotrader button during news if there are open trades in the terminal. If there are open trades during news, the auto trading button is enabled. If trades close during news, the auto trading button disables until the news event is finished.
