Tarea técnica

I’m looking for an advanced MQL5 developer to finish and optimize a modular institutional trading bot (“Calyx Engine”) for MetaTrader 5.

Tasks:
• Integrate & debug 40+ modules (macro, sentiment, news, intermarket, OB/FVG, scoring, reporting, etc.)
• Real API integration: TradingEconomics, FRED, MyFxBook, COT, newsfeeds, bank research, forecasts, etc. (API keys provided)
• AI logic for news scoring, bias/score, sentiment analysis (Python AI via JSON/WebRequest or native)
• 100% error-free, no placeholders/dummies
• Automated PDF & Telegram reporting (branding, logo, disclaimer, scoring, trades, TP/SL)
• Automated news forecasting & event signals
• Modular, clean, maintainable, scalable – visual dashboard in MT5
• Optional: Bank research parsing (PDF/TXT, always use latest file)
• High code quality, fully documented

What I provide:
– Full codebase (.mqh folder), clear specs, responsive support

Requirements:
– Proven institutional-grade MQL5, API integration, PDF parsing, Telegram, chart dashboards, AI (Python optional)
– German or English

Write an MQL5 function that fetches the current US CPI (Consumer Price Index) from TradingEconomics (https://api.tradingeconomics.com), correctly parses the JSON value and returns it as double. The function should handle errors/timeouts gracefully.
