Custom MQL5 Expert Advisor (Trading Robot) Development

I would like to request the development of a custom Expert Advisor (EA) for Meta Trader 5 (MQL5) that is specifically designed to trade Gold (XAUUSD) and selected stock CFDs. The primary goal of this EA is to generate a profit of at least $3,000 from an initial deposit of $1,000, within a time frame of 5 days to 1 week. The EA must use a risk-based strategy that dynamically adjusts position sizes and manages exposure based on the current balance, in order to meet this target while minimizing drawdowns.

The strategy should be based on clearly defined technical indicators, such as Moving Average crossovers, RSI, or other relevant filters. The EA should place Buy and Sell trades based on these conditions and include trade management tools such as Stop Loss, Take Profit, Trailing Stop, and Break-even functionality. It must also support partial closing of trades, have a maximum number of trades allowed per day or hour, and restrict trading to specified time periods.

The EA should include customizable input parameters, such as indicator settings, trading hours, profit targets, maximum drawdown percentage, and lot size options (fixed or dynamic based on account balance or risk percentage). The system must automatically scale lot sizes and apply risk controls in order to achieve the required performance without breaching the account.

Additionally, the EA should support push or email notifications for trade entries and exits, include a Magic Number for managing multiple EAs, and be coded with proper error handling to avoid issues during execution. It must work effectively on the Meta Trader 5 platform with both Gold and the specified stock symbols.

I would like the developer to provide both the source code (.mq5) and the compiled EA file (.ex5), along with a simple user manual or instructions for installation and use. If possible, a basic back test or optimization report demonstrating the strategy would be appreciated.

The deadline for completion of the EA is within 5 days to 1 week, and my budget for this project is between $1000 and $3000 USD, depending on the complexity and quality of the work.
