Tarea técnica

I'm looking to automate a strategy using MT4 Currency charts with multiple indicators on an H1 and H4 (dynamic) timeframe.  Indicators would be trend indication, momentum, and a custom double line indicator (proprietary).  Trades would be opened when all indicators are ‘true’.  Closing trades would have many variable options. 

Also required would be a copy of the source code and detailed logging in csv files of trade, indicator, and custom indicator signal data, error data.  These csv files should be put into a standard MT4 log file folder and the oldest one automatically deleted when the size of the folder becomes larger than a given size which would be a parameter in the EA - 500mb should suffice.  Robust error handling is essential

Trade selection logic would be required when opening/closing trades to future proof against potential future inclusion of other strategies/timeframes that may result in multiple buy/sell positions being open simultaneously, so logic to ensure selection of correct trades for the given strategy and timeframe when opening/closing is also essential.

We would also require the EA to able to be used on any currency pair and an estimate of time to build.
