I need to modify my existing EA and fix some existing issues

i need a good developer to modify my existing EA( both mt5 and mt4) and fix some existing issues as per below explanation:

my current EA is a martingale type that has a entry point and exit point for the trades ( based on demarker values ). it also has a timer delay for when the entry point starts ( its in hours). so the entry point is triggered by demarker value but it waits for the timer to finish before starting to make the martingale trades.

I need to add another timer (also in hours) for the exit point ( for when it closes all open trades).

also i need the developer to fix the issue of re-entry ... once the market is recovering and the chart is going up , so the chart at some point will cross the same entry demarker value, and i want the EA to ignore it . so basically after the entry demarker point , the EA will take the martingale trades continuously without any interruption , until we reach the exit point demarker value ( which is will also have a timer and will stop making trades once the timer is completed)
