Similar to a price alert. I need a "Volume Alert".


I need to know when Volume is at a 'high point'. Above 70% of the average of the last [# to be specified] trading days' volume. 

Similar to a price alert, I need the "Volume Alert" to trigger a sound that can be selected  from the .wav files stored in the Alerts folder.
