Tarea técnica

I am looking for an MQL5 programmer to create an EA for MetaTrader 5. The strategy already exists as a template in Pine Script and is based on identifying Inside Bars. It includes specific rules for entry, stop-loss, and take-profit, with fully adjustable parameters such as trading times, risk-reward ratio, EMA, day filter, money management, trailing SL, and more. I have attached a PDF with all the details of the strategy. Could you please review it and let me know the cost and the estimated completion time?
