Trading Strategy: Impulse-Correction with Support & Resistance, Fibonacci, RSI, Polynomial Regression, and Greenzone

1. Strategy Overview

This strategy incorporates:

Support & Resistance for identifying reversal points.

Impulse-Correction to determine the trend direction.

Fibonacci Retracement (50%-61.8%) as a key correction zone.

RSI to confirm overbought/oversold conditions.

Polynomial Regression Channel for secondary signal validation.

Greenzone Logic for multi-timeframe confluence and lower timeframe entries.

2. Strategy Rules

A. Impulse-Correction with Support & Resistance

Sell Signal:

1. Identify a downtrend.


2. Wait for a correction after an impulse.


3. Correction should reach the previous lower low (resistance).


4. Ensure the correction aligns with the 50%-61.8% Fibonacci zone.


5. Confirm RSI is overbought.


6. Sell signal is generated.



Buy Signal:

1. Identify an uptrend.


2. Wait for a correction after an impulse.


3. Correction should reach the previous higher high (support).


4. Ensure the correction aligns with the 50%-61.8% Fibonacci zone.


5. Confirm RSI is oversold.


6. Buy signal is generated.

B. Polynomial Regression Channel Setup

If the correction exceeds the Fibonacci zone:

1. Price must react to the upper/lower polynomial regression channel.


2. Confirm RSI overbought for a sell or oversold for a buy.


3. Signal is generated.

3. Greenzone Logic

Higher Timeframe Signal:

1. When a signal (Impulse-Correction or Polynomial Channel) is detected on a higher timeframe (e.g., H4), this initiates a Greenzone.


2. Greenzone = Area from correction point (e.g., Lower Low for Sell) to next support/resistance level.


3. Lower timeframes (e.g., M15, M5) are monitored for new signals.



Lower Timeframe Entry:

1. A sell or buy signal on the lower timeframe within the Greenzone triggers a Greenzone Signal.


2. Signal is sent to Telegram.

Impulse-Correction Signal:
SELL signal for EURUSD at price 0.35566 (Impulse/Correction)
BUY signal for EURUSD at price 1.12534 (Impulse/Correction)

Greenzone Signal:
GREEN SELL signal for EURUSD at price 0.35566
GREEN BUY signal for EURUSD at price 1.12534

Notifications should include a chart screenshot highlighting the signal.

Selectable currency pairs.
