Tarea técnica

Hi, 

I have a PDF file with all the requirements written down which i will share with you once you give me a rough estimate on time and desired budget.

These are the requirements.

On their own, they are all pretty simple, the complexity lies in having them all to enable / disable in 1 EA to be 100% fit for optimization and backtesting.


Component

 Description
Stop Loss List of options (ATR based, % of price, lowest point over x bars, VWAP based)
 Take Profit List of options (RR, after x bars, at x time, once price moved by x%, once OBV moved by x%, VWAP based)
 Close All Open Trades close of day or when account gained / lost x%
Trade Management  moving SL at x RR or closing 50% of the order once x RR reached 
 Entry Point Calculation around 15 entry points e.g. yesterday's highest price, today's open, price where OBV was the lowest over x bars, ...

or calculated, e.g. yesterday's lowest price point + ATR, or the Bollinger Band value at today's open - about 8 options
 Entry Filters around 40 filters, simple logic, e.g. 'is the rsi above x?' or 'is the OBV value above an OBV Moving Average?'

They need to be calculated on the entry or a higher timeframe (MTF)


If possible, I would like to have an integration with forexfactory.com to make sure that the trades get closed 30 minutes before red news alerts and the EA is halted until 30 minutes after the red news alerts. Please let me know if you have experience with this.
