Tarea técnica

Based on positive or negative news decide which stocks in the new york stock exchange must be sold or bought and determine how strong the postive or negativeness of the news is for example a company that is declaring bankrupcy has a extremely negative sentiment therefore sell and rank it the highest for the negative sentiment category with the reason also provide the stock ticker symbol with a price chart of the past week before the news if selected. please use python to complete the script and also make this optimizable so i can change parameters to change the strength of negative or positive sentiment.
