Moving Average EA

Hello EA coders,

 I am looking for a EA, Mostly 60 mins chart, where I want to set 21 day MA, with all bars closing above MA as Green, all bars closing below MA as red. I want to trigger a "close all position"  when signal changes or close of bar changes from above MA to below MA or vice versa, and trigger long deal if bar closes above MA, trigger short deal if bar closes below MA. I would like to see MA on chart. I would add email alert later, but if it is included in script let me know the price difference.

I also would like to have pivot line on chart for 4 hour and daily pivot.

 I am primarily esignal user and I am comfortable writing esignal scripts, but I am not good with OOP and will have quite a learning curve. I am exploring MQL and see it works for me like esignal, I primarily dont like the limitation on execution delay..which could result in lost deals or losses, but I am working on alternate solution.
