Tarea técnica

I have an indicator, related to RSI but adjusted. As you can see in the image, there are light blue "Aqua" rectangles that don't form on the same candle but after confirmation by two candles. This color is meant for buy signals, and there is an opposite color, gold, for sell signals.

You can notice a light blue soft rectangle, which signals a potential positive trend, and a soft red rectangle that signals a potential negative trend.

What I want from the Expert Advisor according to the following sequence:

For buying:
If a soft blue rectangle appears, followed by a thick green rectangle, and then immediately after one candle a Aqua rectangle appears, this indicates a "buy signal".
The stop loss is placed below the soft blue rectangle, exactly at the lower bound of the rectangle.
If the trade moves upwards by two candles with a light Aqua color, the stop loss is moved to the upper bound of the soft blue rectangle.

TP/ Close the buy trade on the first candle where the Aqua rectangle stops appearing.

For selling:

If a soft red rectangle appears, followed by a thick red rectangle, and then immediately after one candle a golden rectangle appears, this indicates a "sell signal".
The stop loss is placed above the soft red rectangle, exactly at the upper bound of the rectangle.
If the trade moves downwards by two candles with a golden color, the stop loss is moved to the lower bound of the soft red rectangle.

TP/ Close the sell trade on the first candle where the golden rectangle stops appearing.
