Create a Telegram to MT5 signals copier with built-in backtester

Hello programmers,

I'm looking for a skilled and knowledgeable programmer that can code me a Signals copier EA that takes the signals from Telegram channels.

The program needs to feature the following settings:

1. Signal format (Entry, TP and SL prices);
2. Choose between multiple TP/SL levels with partial closure at each level;
3. Add/Remove random points to TP and SL;
4. Enter with random delay (with option to enter only if trade floating loss/profit is more than a specified value);
5. Open layering orders (the SL levels remain the same for all the layers);
6. Add an option to open an averaging trade at SL instead of closing the order (the new TP has to be specified);
7. Hard equity stop loss in %;
8. Move at SL at BE at specific pips distance;
9. (OPTIONAL FOR THE FUTURE): Enter on a correlated pair instead (only if correlation is at least a given %)
