Minimize the difference between EA tests on Strategy Tester and Real Account

Hello, I have built and EA with FX Dreema (https://fxdreema.com/) that uses the maximum and minimum vales of the previous candle to entry on a trade. After that, I put a Stop Loss and Trailing Stop on that order, and goes as the market follows up and down.

First, I recognize what I'm asking in this project may not be possible. I know about the differences in results comparing Strategy Tester with Real and Live Trading accounts. However, it seems to me that this problem can be ajusted to reduce the result's difference on both circumstance.

As my previous experience, I guess that the problem is on the velocity of the market that does not allowed me to trade at the same entry point as shown in EA. Also, the stop loss is activated in Real Account many more times than in Strategy Tester, probably because of huge amount of ticks (I trade in Nasdaq during USA Opening Hour). So, I think that my EA works in a velocity much higher than human perception could detect. I would like to humanize my trade, as if a human being is was operation and manually putting the pending orders and moving stop losses
