Brakeout expert

I need expert for customized time interval like from 10:10 to 14:15 ( you can change the time in inputs) after box end puts 2 pending orders 1 buy stop other sell stop above and bellow the box but you can make offset by points like +20 points from the high or low , when one of the order is filled other one is deleted and expert makes another order with desired lot size (has to be customized ) , TP levels for both trades are customized by range of the box ex. 50% of the box range and so on, SL levels with offset as well like box range +offeset points,  and if first order hits TP seccond one is deleted and it starts again in next day. Example I put 10:10 - 14:15 box range expert and the price moves 100 pips on that range like from 10000 to 10100 , in inputs i make that buy/sell stop orders has to be +5pips offset, TP level 50% of box range and sl box range +5pips orders are placed buy stop order is filled and sell stop order is replaced with other sell stop order but bigger and and placed where buy stop order SL hits with %25 of box range TP , if the orders does fill or didnt hit tp or sl all orders deleted/ closed at configurable time like 22:00. + Alerts 

Additionl option box draw on chart with range like in this picture with configurable colors days show on chart etc
