EA based on different strategies and indicators

I need an experienced programmer to create an automated EA that will open trades based on different candle stick formation strategies and indicators. The EA will first scan the market, find a current market trend and define area of support and resistance. On ranging market the EA doesn’t place trades . (1) EA should use a straddle strategy from either the S/R level, (2) indecision Doji candle from the S/R area, (3) Cross confluence from S/R area, (4) Three black crows and (5) Three white soldiers. Two moving averages will also be included as another strategy and will only take trades when the fast MA crossing the slow and the first candle closed in following the direction, like wise vise versa. EA should use 5M, 15M & 1Hr timeframes and adjusted number of 1-10 trades per candle and trades only Monday- Friday. The programmer should use other tools to make the robot more effective, and more of parameters will be discussed in private.
