Programmer needed to make MT5 Bollinger bands multi timeframe indicator

Bollinger bands multi timeframe indicator and multipair scanner needed that has a pannel showing all time-frames to indicate Bollinger bands breakout above upper band (bullish signal) and breakout lower band (bearish signal). signal made invalid by close below or above middle bands    .Buy and sell signals also made on reentry of price into Bollinger bands from. Break into lower band (buy signal) Break into upper band( sell  signal)                       

Breakout mode

 When the price breaks through the lower band of the indicator, a sell signal is issued for the respective timeframe. A breakout through the upper band results in a buy signal. The price returning to the middle line ends both signals.                                                       

Re-entry mode

 re-entry mode, BB MTF waits for the price to close outside of the bands and then to return and close inside. Re-entering from above results in a sell signal, re-entering from below is treated as a buy signal. Reaching the middle line invalidates the signal.
