Slope 1 line 1TF

I am looking for a coder who has extensive experience, minimum 300 jobs, to carry out the following work.

I have an indicator represented by a slope line. 

And another which was created by a coder on the MQL5 site.

1.    I would like an explanation on each of the 2 indicators, namely their method of calculation and function in order to develop mine.

2.    Then it will be necessary to check that the first one "slope direction line" is repainted and correct it. (Picture 1)

3.    It will also be necessary to modify the thickness of the slope line if the price is not in the right place.

i) If the slope line is increasing and the price is above it, the line will be drawn with the buy color and normal thickness. if the line is decreasing and the price is below normal sale color and thickness.

ii) If the slope line is increasing and the price is below then the purchase color and thickness will be divided by 2 or dotted line.. if the line is decreasing and the price is above then the line will be draw with the sales color and the thickness divided by 2 or in a dotted line.

  4.    You will need to draw a movable button on the graph which will allow me to display the values of the 6 follow calculations, and display each one when color change in a small table and also on the last close of the graph. (Picture 2 and 3).
