Tarea técnica

I need help in creating a trading robot of the following rules

1. the time frame must be of 15min

2. have a trailing take profit

3. use ichimoku kinko hyo on the main chat :

                                        parameters ; tenkan-sen 9

    ; kijun-sen 9

    ; senkou span b 52

4, trading rules are :

when the market crosses the kijun-sen and tenkan-sen to the above, buy trade must be open and trail take profit when the market crosses the kijun-sen and tenkan-sen to the bottom.

when the market crosses the kijun-sen and tenkan-sen to the bottom, sell trade must be open and trail take profit when the market crosses the kijun-sen and tenkan-sen to the above.

5. the slippage must be 40% of the account balance
