Tarea técnica

I would like to have an Expert Advisor for MT4 based on RSI and SMA Crossover. I am currently using an indicator in Tradingview of RSI with 2 lines. 

The strategy:

1. Open a buy trade if the closing price is above a slow Moving Average (variable) and the RSI crosses above it's SMA. Close the trade when the RSI crosses down it's SMA or the current price crosses down the slow Moving Average.

2. Do the opposite for the sell trade.

3. The 3 indicators (MA,RSI+SMA) should show on the chart.
