Auto Take Profit for manual stop loss level EA with break even and trail feature for MT5


I am looking for an experience developer to make a Global EA that automatically moves the Take profit levels of opened positions as I manually set the Stop Loss Levels on each individual opened trades by a set risk reward ratio.

Example:
Imagine opening a manual trade with no TP or SL level. As I move the Stop loss level manually on MT5, the EA will automatically set the Take profit level based on the settings set on the parameter (e.g. 3x the stop-loss). As I drag and change the stop loss, it will automatically readjust quickly according to the parameter in the  settings. The EA will adjust all opened trades independently, possibly with a dashboard to monitor the live trades. (all opened positions currency pairs and assets on market watch, and not on the attached chart only.)

EA features Breakeven and take profit too based on risk reward as well. E.g. EA will move Stoploss to breakeven when Price reach 1:1 Risk to reward. And Stop loss will trail up to 1:1 in profit when price reached 2:1 risk to reward.
