I have indicator in mt4 giving up and dow arrow

i need to make this indicator call option for time ( i can adjsut the time ) with ammount ( i can adjust ammount ) when up arrow come and put when down arrow comes 

i need the operation to be done on iqoption (my preffer ) or oin binary.com

with the ability  to stop the bot whe  3 win deilvered or 3 otm in a row

or to set profit limit and loose limit
