Tarea técnica

Hi. 

I'm looking for developer to create an EA on MT5 for DR/IDR based stagey. 

The entry and exit rules need to be discussed privately but will have 2 confirmations and 2 invalidations based on time and price. I will need a news filter and automatic time zone settings. I will need volume imbalance, gap imbalance and previous DR level confirmations for TP levels. 

I would like to base it off the indicator below.
