Tarea técnica

I need a well experienced developer to create an EA which operates on the following conditions:

1. its a time based EA. This simply means that i should be able to set time at which the EA exactly buy or sell. I should also be able to set time period i want the EA to buy or sell after entering the buy or sell order. for example : enter sell trade @ 15:20:59, trading period 5 minutes, take profit target in pips 10pips. 


2. The following should appear and be adjustable in the inputs section:

-execution time. this must include the hour, minutes,and seconds e.g 15:20:59

- the take profit target in pips

-trading period. the time from entering a trade to termination

-the buy or sell option

-lot size

NB: When no take profit target is set the EA Should just be able to open the predetermined trade at the exact specified time


3. The EA must be enabled to operate even when other EA'S are running.
