An MT4 indicator that plots the lines at the specific time/candle (every day)

This MT4 indicator needs to do the following:

1. Draw the main line at a specific time, based on the close of M5 candle (the setting should allow to choose the time of the M5 candle).

2. Simultaneously it should draw 2 additional lines: XXX pips above from the main line and XXX pips below the main line (the setting should allow to change to number of pips).

3. The setting should allow to choose starting how many days back to start plotting the lines.

4. Basically, every day the indicator will plot the 3 lines (main line based on time + 2 additional lines XXX pips away). The lines don't go beyond the starting time/candle on the left. The lines can extend indefinitely on the right.

5. The setting should allow to change color of the lines.

6. It should plot the lines on any timeframe. But needs to grab the starting point from the M5 timeframe.

7.  The final product needs to be mq4 file.
