I want to turn a custom indicator that I have into EA

I have an indicator which works on stochastic indicator and the working principle is shown as following:

The pictures show the K and D line of stochastic. The indicator will find out the K line which contains wave pattern in which one wave is higher than one wave. Then the signal of buy order will be sent to the MT4 APP. at my phone at blue arrow in picture1 and green cross in picture2. The sell signal is sent out at the opposite way in which one wave is lower than one wave as shown in below picture at blue arrow in picture 3 and red cross in picture 4.

Please remember the terms I use in above pictures such as highest point, lowest point, higher low, higher high, lower high, lower low because I will use the terms in the Requirements Specification.

In the EA, I will add more conditions to find better wave pattern as the indicator found some of wave patterns which are bad resulting fault signal. Bollinger band will be added and the detail will be written in the Requirements Specification.
