Tarea técnica

The script should have these input parameter

1-Url of forexfactory news xml (Ex: https://nfs.faireconomy.media/ff_calendar_thisweek.xml?version=175d3ba9cfe49ac059a352f4e2ad04ea)

2-Folder path to save converted text file (Ex: D:\FFNews.txt)

The script should download the xml file and save it to the same folder with converted text file

Then it convert the news in xml format into text format

For example:

Original xml content:

<event> <title>Flash Services PMI</title> <country>USD</country> <date><![CDATA[09-22-2023]]></date> <time><![CDATA[1:45pm]]></time> <impact><![CDATA[High]]></impact> <forecast><![CDATA[50.7]]></forecast> <previous><![CDATA[51.0]]></previous> </event>

Would be convert to text file:

2023.09.22 13:45:00;USD;High;Flash Services PMI;50.7;51.0

It shouldn't convert PAST news to text file. Only news that WILL occur.
