Tarea técnica

Dear coder,

I need an MT5 expert advisor with parameters detailed as : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vz28CaLLYs-5NLYLD5RcAbuWXL-kZDumzAjZGCt93Yk/edit?usp=sharing 

1)Need the EA code to be optimisation friendly and hence able to be optimise with the shortest time possible especially when using  Fast Genetic :open price or OHLC 

2)Able to provide sourcecode

3)Able to resolve ongoing bug if any .

4)Able to follow the font and design required in the shared document.

5)Will also need a panel display on my chart once EA is deployed.

6)Able to filter news trading against website like forex factory
