Long Term Developer Required for Complex Custom Fibonacci Retracement Indicator

I am looking for a developer to work closely with for the longer term. This indicator would be the first phase of the development project. There will be other development phases that will be incorporated based on success of each phase. 

The Development Scope:

The work will involve developing / enhancing and debugging indicators, and modifying existing indicators in MT4 and MT5.

There will be 3 parts of this phase.

1. Custom Fibonacci Retracement Indicator Development using ATR and Fibonacci Sequence Numbers

2. Other indicators available to be integrated / included together with the above Custom indicator

3. A licensing module that allows for time based licensing, MT4 ID, Machine ID, Broker limits. 

I need a customised MT4 indicator that can do a Fibonaaci Retracement to highlight specific Fibonacci levels and zones.

1) The Fibonacci retracement will be separated automatically according to session breaks. Daily, Weekly and Monthly

2) The number of session look back values can be done up to 500 sessions

3) The size of the 0-100% retracement will depend on the current ATR at that time frame. The closest Fibnonacci Sequence Number will be used as the size

4) A two colour candle MA will be used

5) License management to provide licencing

- Time based license according to broker MT4 ID, Machine ID and/or Name

- License Password

6) Source code

7) Spread to be shown at the bottom right hand corner

8) Countdown timer to next candle to be shown at the bottom right hand corner

9) Current pair and price to be shown a the top right hand corner

10) Pop up notifications for alerts

11) Telegram notifications for alerts

12) Watermark top left hand corner

Developer Requirements:

I am looking for an experienced developer who understands Fibonacci Retracements, Fibonacci Sequence Numbers and ATR to develop this indicator. 

The developer needs to have the following experience:

1. Custom Fibonacci Retracement, Fibonacci Sequence Numbers, ATR

2. Indicator and EA development

3. Indicator optimisation

4. Clean coder. You can problem solve, easily interpret requirements and also make good recommendations where possible to improve the quality and efficiency of the indicators.

5. Clear and RESPONSIVE communicator

As mentioned before, I am looking for a developer who understands and is familiar with the scope, requirements and code for a longer term relationship. As mentioned above, I am looking to work closely and cultivate our relationship for the upcoming phases of this project. Privacy of the project is CRITICAL.
