Tarea técnica

I need an experienced developer to build an EA which uses MA Period of 7 on RSI Period of 1.

IF YOU CANT PUT MA ON RSI PERIOD OF 1 PLEASE STAY AWAY. NO TIME WASTING.

The EA will place;

BUY trades when the previous MA value is small than the current MA value and the MA crosses from below the 10 level of the RSI with period of 1 and the current price candle closes above the previous candle. After the crossing, the ea must place BUY trades at each new candle.

SELL trades when the  previous MA value greater than the current MA value and the MA crosses from above the 90 level of the RSI with period of 1 and the current price candle closes below the previous candle.  After the crossing, the ea must place SELL trades at each new candle.

FOR EXIT

Ea must exit using average SL and average TP with TRAILING feature.  

EA must have spread filter, time filter, lot by equity features. Deveoper must add a feature to detect trend reversals and also recovery for bad trades.

Please i need a serious developer. NOT LUCK TRYERS. 

Also will test EA demo before payment. Thanks.
