Update EA with new indicator and money management rules

Attached please find an excel file with the options that the EA currently has and the options that are needed.

The EA is currently operational and is able to trade automatically. It uses a signal line that changes color for buy/sell trends and a filter based on three colors, green, yellow, red.

I want to add some global, that apply across all open charts, money management rules into the EA as I will be running multiple versions of it. I also want to add some local money management rules.

Everything labeled "Done" is currently operational in the EA, everything else needs to be added.
