I need a robot base on a custom indicator TMA

i want a trading robot that will be base on "jurik filter ea"  and 200 EMA setting for TMA indicator attached also mql4 file 

I want it to open a sell trade when price crosses upper band and and below ema 200 opposite for buy trade.

for money management I two options 

1. to use SL with trailing stop and TP in pips 

    the parameter will include lot size, buy/sell, number of trades, TP and SL, max spread, time and day filter magic, 

2. to use martingale with lot 1.3 factor adjustable and price gap. 

    the parameter will include lot size, multiplier factor,  buy/sell, number of trades, price gap, max spread, time and day filter magic, total profit to close trade.

i want also panel to see the open trade and daily P/L
