Tarea técnica

I need to write an expert advisor for MT5 with the following functionality:

Retrieve quotes through an API from a quote provider (iQFeed, Rithmic, or others; you should have experience working with similar services). If you know other methods, that's fine too.


Convert the anonymous data stream into a readable format (example from the ATAS platform: https://postimg.cc/ZvN4dymb).
Search for patterns in the data based on algorithms specified by me.

When such patterns appear, display a graphical element (signal) on the chart.

I've outlined the main functionality in general terms. The selected developer will receive a more detailed specification document. Preference will be given to someone who has implemented similar functionality and can provide a link to their work. There is a high probability of further collaboration for project development and support.
