Tarea técnica

Hello developers, final budget (( 30 $ ))

I have bollinger bands EA and i want to add and modification :

1- Add  dynamic lot size % of account, And keeping fixed lot.

2- Add  Time start HH-MM  0=off

3-  Add  Time end HH-MM   0=off

4- Add  Close time for open positions  0=off

5- (( 0=off )) Add specified amount option, that mean let's say i have 1000$ in my account balance,I want the EA  work with specified amount, let's say 200$, And the EA work with all the time with 200$ of 1000$ , Increasing  with profit trades and decreasing with lost trades,work with      dynamic and fixed lot size.

6- Add option open price,And keep current option Mean :

    The EA now work like in strategy tester (Every tick based on real ticks),I want it work like  in strategy tester ( Open prices only).
