I need help creating a MT5 robot from a MT4 script that I have and implement a few features I need

I already have the code, just need somebody to compile it / convert it into MT5 compatible.

The requirements for the conversion are :

1. Add some text in the front page like description and stuff. Possibly saying my name and my contact.
2. If possible, implement a license system so people cannot crack it.
3. Fix all the current typos in the EA parameter
4. Add news blocker for level 1-2-3 bulls according to ec.forexprostools.com, with selection for how many minutes BEFORE and AFTER the news. The news site is ec.forexprostools.com or any other news that the developer recommends. If a trade is opened and still not closed, it will not forced close the trade but after the trade is opened, it will not open the trade as stated in the news blocker timerange.
5. Add selection to turn on / off EA in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
6. Add individual start trading hours in point 3, with range from 00:00 to 23:59. Time is following broker time.
7. Add the ability to stop EA completely when it reaches certain equity % or equity value (in $), that can be selected by the user.
8. Include a panel in the chart, with features such as : 
1. Enable/Disable EA
2. Close all current trade
3. showing daily profit
4. weekly profit
5. current DD
6. max DD
9. Developer is welcome for additional minor edits along the way.

The text is attached. If possible, to implement further improvement is welcome.  The text contain a few typos that I would like the developer to fix to proper english.
