Tarea técnica

I would like a Forex robot that will place pending orders above the highs and below the lows of a specific candle. Should be able to choose the number of pips above and below the highs and lows, set (SL) and (TP), select time frame and specific hours during the trading day (up to 3 hours) e.g. 8am, 3pm, 5pm etc.

The pending orders, (SL) and (TP) should be dynamic. i.e I should be able to adjust them after they have been plotted on the chart. If for example the highs pending order is triggered, the lows pending order should remain in position and be available for manual adjustment.
