Turn my xauusd 1m scalping strategy on tradingview into a mt4 ea!

hey can someone truly  turn my trading view strategy to mt4 ea using my exact indicators, strategy and features as following: My ideal ea got to have an option for defining risking X amount per trade , defining x amount of open trades per chart , using only 2 tradingview indicators (PSAR & ACCELERATOR OSCILLATOR) where sell alert appears if we have at least a red line in accelerator matching the sell momentum then open a sell trade asap& sl be just above the previous candle highest point which is below 12 pips at any market condition regardless and get out as soon as you get the first green line in the accelerator oscillator which usually appear with doji candles sign of trend shifting and the minimum RRR must be 1.5 no matter what happens we aim for bigger RRR as mentioned how but minimum 1.5 has to be locked! For buy trades, once we got the buy with PSAR & ACCELATOR OSCILLATOR was on a green line we take the buy which usually have a way tighter sl (just below the lowest point of the previous candle )and again usually buy trade can give bigger RRR and to exit the trade as we get a first red line above 1.5 rrr which has to come with a doji candle that is when we exit the buy trade

so i think u got how the strategy works for me on tradingview now i want to automate the exact same thing on mt4 as ea

well after applying the strategy 100% the same we will need some safety features: having an option to set max open trades per chart/pair

i need an option to set max dd[both closed loses + flouting losses combined] limit per each 24 trading hours per chart

i need an option to set x % risk per acc balance

i need an option to set fixed lot per trade

i need a news filter as well to avoid ea taking any trade open/have any trade running by configurable x amount of time before and after big news everyday

these are the features/option i want my ea have so i can set them myself once i pulled the ea on each chart

I need an option to hide my ea name/info hide in the comment section and if possible hide on the chart itself too

so the comment one is super important either i could have nothing at all with each taken trade or just says TP!

magic number could be modified to use the ea on different ftmo accounts, right? can you build me a mt4 ea that has/follows all i said/want exactly 100% how i explained ?
