Simple Tradingview Indicator

Hi there! I am looking to hire someone to create a simple binary options trading  custom indicator in tradingview. If selected, I will provide a YouTube video demonstrating how the indicator works. The indicator uses two indicators: Moving Average and Stochastic Oscillator.

I need customized settings for both indicators. For the Moving Average, I want the following settings:

Period: 28

Moving average type: Exponential Moving Average (EMA)

For the Stochastic Oscillator, I want to use the default settings:

%K period: 14

%D period: 3

Smoothing period: 3

Overbought level: 70

Oversold level: 30

Moving average type: Simple Moving Average (SMA)

Additionally, I want to add an alert feature that triggers when specific conditions are met that will work in all timeframe (tradingview phone alerts/desktop). The conditions for the alert are as follows:

When both lines of the Stochastic Oscillator intersect each other in the oversold position, and both lines are heading up in an uptrend, the first uptrend candlestick should be above the Moving Average. This condition will trigger a buy signal (up) alert.

When both lines of the Stochastic Oscillator intersect each other in the overbought position, and both lines are heading down in a downtrend, the first downtrend candlestick should be below the Moving Average. This condition will trigger a sell signal (down) alert.

NOTE! I will prefer to have this indicator as private in Tradingview, only invited users can use it
