Script for Pending Orders

I need a script that creates a pending buy stop and sell stop above and below the previous candle or current candle.

- The SL for the buy stop should be where the sell stop is...the SL for the sell stop should be where the buy stop is. 

- Risk should be automatically calculated base off a percentage of equity.

- The TP should be 1:1 or 1:2 RRR.

Will need today and also need the source file once finished.
